Every year one of the most anticipated releases from Jordan Brand is the annual Doernbecher colorway that is designed each year by a patient at the Doernbecher Children's hospital.
This year the Air Jordan III model was chosen as the canvas for 11 year old patient Cole Johnson. While the other Doernbecher models will see release on November 26 the Air Jordan III Doernbecher won't see release until December 11, 2010 with a retail set at $160.
One of the most anticipated basketball shoe releases of 2010 is Brandon Jennings signature sneaker with Under Armour the Micro G Black Ice.
Just one week after it's official debut in two colorways images of a special black and orange colorway that was made exclusively for Jennings have hit the net.
Currently there are no plans for a general release but, you can check out a couple of detailed pics below.

During the NBA season opener Baron Davis debuted his second signature shoe from Li-Ning the Li-Ning BD Doom II.
The second incarnation of this sneaker features several upgrades from the previous model including ribbed like material on the toe and ankle, a mixture of full grain leather, snakeskin and perforated leather on the upper as well as the Beardman logo on the tongue.
No word yet on an official release date.
After much speculation the rumored retro release of the Air Jordan XIII Altitude has been confirmed by Jordan Brand.
The Air Jordan XIII Altitude retro will release on December 4, 2010 with a retail set at $160.

On October 18, 1985 the NBA banned Michael Jordan's first signature shoe the Air Jordan 1. Almost 25 years to the day NBA commissioner David Stern has banned another athletic shoe from NBA courts.
The shoe in question is the Concept 1 from Athletic Propulsion Lab's. The sneaker features a spring-based system that is designed to increase vertical lift. The NBA released a statement about the shoe citing an unfair advantage to players who wear the shoe:
"Under league rules, players may not wear any shoe during a game that creates an undue competitive advantage.”
With a rumored $300 price tag it's hard to determine whether or not history will repeat itself by creating a legendary shoe line that sets the bar for athletic footwear the way the Air Jordan Brand has.
Mention Tinker Hatfield and Air Jordan in the same sentence and Jordan head's immediately take notice.
A new colorway similar to that of the Air Jordan Alpha 1 Tinker Hatfield edition that saw release earlier in the year.
While there remains to be those who only clamor for retro releases, those with an open mind have initially given this latest colorway of the AJ 2010 the thumbs up. At this time release info has yet to be announced, keep an eye out for an update in the coming weeks.
Carmelo Anthony's 7th signature shoe the Air Jordan Melo M7 has been getting a lot of attention by the various sneaker sites as of late and has a lot of sneakerheads waiting impatiently for them to drop.
Earlier today the man himself, Carmelo Anthony took to his Twitter account and provided a sneak peek of the upcoming party pack.
While details have yet to officially come out, by looking at the photo the party pack appears to consists of three mismatched sets.
Like the rest of the M7's the party pack features the same technical aspects including a leather upper with mesh vents on the side panels, flex grooves on the outsole and a TPU heel cup for better stability.
At the moment there is no release date but, one would assume it will be after the November 7th release date of the first wave of the Air Jordan Melo M7 colorways.

Fat Joe recently posted the above image of a pair of the Air Jordan 1 Banned that he acquired and Jordan Brand purist are elated to see that the Nike Air logo is on the tongue.
The last time the Nike Air logo appeared on the tongue of an Air Jordan retro was on a 2001 Air Jordan 1 retro. This has many wondering if the Nike Air logo will show up on future Air Jordan retros.

As the year comes to a close 2010 will have seen many highly sought after retro releases. Recently VMV posted the above image of an Air Jordan XII in the Black/Red colorway with a release date set for later this month.
The image has since been removed but, it will be interesting to see if Jordan Brand does release this colorway that hasn't been announced as being set for a retro release.

Made in the USA and crafted of an grey oily leather only 300 pairs have been made and will be available exclusively at the David Z flagship store in New York (556 Broadway between Prince & Spring st.) and through the David Z website starting October 8, 2010 for $250.
In addition to the Shades of grey colorway, Adidas will release this "Superman" colorway of Dwight Howard's latest signature shoe, the TS Beast.
This colorway features blue patent leather found on the three stripes, side panels, heel cups and midsoles. White patent leather is used on the ankle area, toe box, and tongue.
Superman graphics are found on the medial side panel, tongue, heel and sole.
Additional details come via Dwight Howard's signature near the eyelets, Dwight's number 12 found on the side and tongue and "Fortress of Solitude" inscribed on the heel plate.
These are expected to drop at select retailers on November 1, 2010.

Nike celebrates the arrival of LeBron James to the Miami heat with a limited edition colorway of LeBron's latest signature shoe, the Nike LeBron 8 dubbed "Pre-Heat".
The colorway features a turquoise upper with hot pink accents which is a nod to the title graphics from the hit 80s series Miami Vice.
This colorway is set to release exclusively at House of Hoops in Miami on October 16th then at select Nike accounts in Miami on the following day.
Those of us who don't live in the Miami area will have a chance to pick these up via Nike's online shop on November 12th.
Nike and Jordan Brand continue their relationship with the Doernbecher Children's hospital for the annual collaboration in which patients of the hospital design limited edition colorways of Nike and Jordan Brand silhouettes where all proceeds from sales benefit the hospital.
As part of this year's Doernbecher collection, the lone entry from the Jordan Brand will come via this Air Jordan retro III model.
An all red laser etched upper is accented with hits of black and silver. Look for the Air Jordan retro III Doernbecher to release at Nike Towns and online in November for $125.
A release date for the Air Jordan XII retro white/black/varsity red colorway has been confirmed for a December 18,2010 release date by Jordan Brand.
Retail is set at $160. Considering the Air Jordan XI retro Cool Grey's drop 5 days later the release may or may not see a date change.
Jordan Brand continues it's ultra premium Bin 23 line with the Air Jordan retro VII Bin 23 Premio.
Unlike the previous Bin 23 releases this release features a more bold approach with a vibrant colorway that includes a zig zag pattern on the heel that's clearly a nod to the more ostentatious fashion styles of the 1990s.
As of this writing a release date has not been announced for the Air Jordan retro VII Bin 23 Premio.
Adidas looks to drop Dwight Howard's newest signature model the Adidas TS Beast in a colorway dubbed "Shades of Grey".
A grey gradient upper is used and accented with hits of lime and black. A speckled pattern is found on the laces and heel for an extra splash of flair.
Expected to drop sometime in November for $100.
